The therapists sometimes blend all three therapies to cure severe cases. These therapies train the mind to reframe negative thoughts and apply behavioural skills to fight depression. These therapies hit the root cause and help the person understand the reasons behind his specific condition so that he can overcome them and stay healthy.

Vitamins, relaxation techniques, acupuncture, TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) therapy, group and individual therapy are some methods of curbing depression. Handling problems and setting healthy goals can help individuals tackle this complex disorder.
